Avi Reichental founded XponentialWorks in 2015 to support young and mature companies seeking to develop disruptive technologies and business categories with game-changing potential. With Avi as CEO, XponentialWorks guides mid-market enterprises through their digital transformation and works closely with early-stage companies to build the next generation category leaders.

In 2016 Reichental joined forces with fellow visionary entrepreneurs to create Cognitiv Ventures, a stage fund focusing primarily on Israeli startups in the field of applied artificial intelligence. Cognitiv vets thousands of startups each year, and provides early seed and scale funding, mentorship and strategic advice to those which show the most promise.

Since mid-2017 Avi has been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Techniplas, a leading developer of products and services that are shaping the future of transportation and the connected world. Techniplas Digital, the company’s digital innovation unit which Avi leads as CEO, is accelerating the the transformation and implementation of digital technologies throughout Techniplas product development process, from ideation to production.

Avi is also Chairman of the Board of Nano Dimension. This publicly-traded company is creating the additive electronics sector for printed circuit boards, encapsulated sensors and 3D printing antenas that are powering the connected world.

Until 2015, he served as Board Member of America’s ToothFairy: National Children’s Oral Health Foundation, and is currently a Trustee of the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, which explores more than two centuries of art and design.
